Working Artist Films is more than just a production company. We’re a meeting point for artists to share their skills in ways that benefit the community as a whole. We’re dedicated to artistic freedom, self-production, and collaboration. We believe in giving people chances to excel, trusting artists to do what they do well, paying people fairly, and giving our work generously.

Our mission places the primary value in the artists themselves, without who no art would be made. We believe in fair pay, open collaboration, and breaking rules that don’t work. We trust artists to do what they do(and do it well!) we give our work generously, and just like any succesful production, we are so much more than just the sum of our parts.

We’re all in this together, so let’s act like it.
